Queue-Free Services (Queue-Free Facilitation System – QBFS)
The Queue-Free Facilitation System (QBFS) is a national digital system designed to eliminate physical queues across essential public and citizen services. It directly addresses one of India’s biggest daily pain points: long waiting lines that cause loss of time, dignity, and access.
As defined in the DPR, QBFS removes queues for the following services:
Unreserved train tickets
Ration distribution
Public service counters
Vendor payments and services
Access to queue-free services is enabled through multiple verified channels, ensuring inclusivity for both digitally advanced and low-literacy users:
Mobile phone
OTP verification
Aadhaar-linked NFC card
Physical kiosks
Every interaction under QBFS begins with verified identity, ensuring fraud-free access and eliminating duplication or misuse. Once identified, citizens receive instant digital tokens or service access without standing in physical lines.
The system integrates directly with:
Aadhaar authentication
Digital wallets
Vendor and kiosk networks
Backend monitoring via the Bharat Mata Control System (BCS)
This ensures services are delivered cleanly, fairly, and without intermediaries.
Core Outcomes
Zero queues
Zero waiting
Zero humiliation
QBFS is a foundational pillar of Bharat Mata App’s vision of a Queue-Free India, restoring dignity and efficiency to everyday public interactions.
