Yes, absolutely. The app uses triple-layer security: Aadhaar biometric verification, device registration, and transaction verification. All data is stored on Indian government-certified cloud infrastructure with end-to-end encryption.
Q: What if I don’t have a smartphone?
You can access services via: Feature phone (USSD codes), Voice calls (toll-free), SMS commands, WhatsApp bot, or visit facilitators in your area.
Q: Is there any fee to use BharatMata App?
No. The app is completely free for all citizens. There are no hidden charges, subscription fees, or transaction charges.
Q: What languages are supported?
All 22 official Indian languages plus 100+ dialects. Voice recognition works in your mother tongue.
AutoFlow Valet Questions
Q: What happens if my bank account has no money?
The AutoFlow Valet System provides ₹5,000 grace-credit for essential services (food, health, education, transport). You get 3 reminders (Day 1, 10, 25) to repay.
Q: What is “Maa se Maafi”?
If you genuinely cannot repay the grace-credit due to hardship, you can request forgiveness or time extension. Each case is reviewed compassionately by the Bharat Mata Control System (BCS).
Q: Are there any interest charges on grace-credit?
No interest charges. This is a mother’s care system, not a commercial loan.
Q: How does offline payment work?
NavIC satellite integration allows authentication even without internet. Your NFC card communicates with payment terminals using satellite signals.
